Spacious suites with a full kitchen were great for our family. The noise from the guests upstairs made it hard to sleep. The game room was a fun bonus for the kids.

Sonesta Es Suites offers a great location near Disney and Universal, making it easy to explore the area. The spacious apartment-style rooms are ideal for families, complete with a kitchen. Plus, the on-site Starbucks and mini-market are lifesavers for snacks and quick coffee runs.

Location and value are superb. Close to Disney and Universal, traffic is manageable even during peak season. The room layout is commendable—a spacious kitchen, comfortable bed, and ample closet space. humidity levels are concerning. The musty smell is hard to overlook and hindered our comfort. Staff responsiveness was lacking, particularly with housekeeping and safety issues. The amenities looked appealing, but we didn’t utilize them. A lack of attention to cleanliness and functionality in the bathroom affected our experience. For the price, expectations should be higher. There’s potential here, but improvements are necessary.

The rooms are big and have a full kitchen--perfect for making meals.
It was not inexpensive, but still reasonable for what you get.

Spacious two-bedroom suite with a full kitchen was perfect for family. The game room was a hit for the kids. Parking fee added to our costs, which was a bummer. Limited breakfast options could definitely improve.

The rooms felt like a cozy apartment! With two bedrooms and two baths, our family of five had all the space we needed. Plus, the outdoor pool was perfect for splashing around and relaxing after long days at the parks!

The room provided a spacious 2 bed, 2 bathroom suite, perfect for our group of five. Temperature control was effective, keeping the space comfortable. noise levels were an issue; we struggled with loud plumbing sounds. The beds were cozy, but the furniture appeared worn, making the sofa and chairs less comfortable. The cleanliness could use improvement, as cobwebs were noticed and the bathroom had some spots. The location was convenient for food and attractions, which was a notable advantage. Staff were accommodating during our room change, enhancing the overall experience.

The swimming pool is a hit with the kids; The staff are super nice and helpful, and the room has a great view.
Parking isn't assigned, and it can be a hassle.

The hotel is perfectly situated, being only about 15 minutes from Disney and surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants like Steak 'n Shake and Romano's Macaroni Grill within a short walk, making it easy for my family to explore and have a great time; plus, the room off the pool was a hit with my kid, who loved jumping in as soon as the sun came up. One drawback is that the breakfast options could use improvement since it was just snacks, but overall, it's a sweet spot for weekend walks and fun.

I had a pretty frustrating experience with the breakfast situation. We were a party of four but only given two vouchers daily. Tried to use two on one day, and they wouldn’t allow it. Super misleading! Definitely left a bad taste.

spacious rooms, spacious kitchen with clean pots, pans, and utensils to cook your own meals and a great location that allows easy access to major parks and tourist activities nearby.
Totally content.

Impressive cleanliness and comfy beds set a great tone. The well-equipped kitchen was a lifesaver for meal prep, especially traveling with kids. Loved the spacious room facing the pool and the nice pool area with fun floating toys. the towel change schedule felt off, and the property has some maintenance issues that need attention. The smoke area near my room was a bit off-putting, and navigating the place with luggage was tricky. Despite a few hiccups, the security and relaxing atmosphere made it enjoyable, with plenty to explore nearby.

Just a prime choice for a fleeting stay in Orlando with reasonable value. The pool and hot tub were great.

Had a cozy stay in a spacious and clean 2-bedroom suite during Christmas. Loved the comfy bed and the well-equipped outdoor amenities including the pool and game room. The housekeeping service coming three times a week was a convenient touch.
The lack of an elevator to the second floor was a hassle when carrying luggage. Breakfast was disappointing with a minimal selection, especially for an additional $15 parking fee per day.

Lined with inexpensive restaurants, canoed at Wekiwa Springs State Park—a chance at fame at Disney, Winter Park for grown-up fun, enjoyed trendy boutiques at Epcot. An Orlando legend with stories to tell!
Loved dirty brown water coming up through the carpet, a delightful surprise! .

My friends and I had a blast hitting up the Magic Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios! The quick drive to and from the parks meant more time for thrills and chills. The hotel's chill vibes and cool pool were the perfect way to end our epic theme park days.
We wished the hotel had a happening on-site arcade for some late-night gaming sessions with our crew.

Our visit to the Magic Kingdom was a dream come true for our little ones. From the iconic castle to thrilling rides like Space Mountain and It’s a Small World, the whole family was immersed in a world of wonder and joy. It was truly a magical experience that we will cherish forever.
My wife says that the hotel could improve by offering complimentary stroller rentals for families with young children.

Close to Disney Springs and a supermarket nearby, convenient for last, minute essentials. Staff was helpful and the location was quiet, making it easy to relax after a day out. Not luxurious but clean and comfortable, offering a budget, friendly option for travelers without a car.
Breakfast disappointing , just a grab, and, go with muffins and coffee. Staff interactions not always pleasant, maybe overworked.

The bed was comfortable, and the location was great for exploring the area. there were some areas that needed improvement. The room smelled really bad, like humidity, and there were some unwelcome guests in the form of a frog and a lizard! The cleaning service was only offered once a week, which meant no cleaning at all during our short stay. The staff at check-in was not very friendly and seemed like they were doing us a big favor by checking us in. The hotel could benefit from some updates as it felt like it belonged to another era. The breakfast was disappointing, with bad coffee, stale muffins, and rotten bananas. We also had to pay $15 a day for parking and were charged the full amount of our stay upfront. while there were some positives like the spacious room and well-equipped kitchen, the outdated decor, lack of cleanliness, and poor service left much to be desired. The experience was tainted by the unpleasant smells, lack of hospitality, and subpar amenities. Next time, we'll be looking for a more up-to-date and customer-focused hotel for a better stay experience.

Our stay at this conveniently located hotel just outside the Disney parks was exceptional. The clean and spacious rooms provided plenty of comfort during our vacation as business travelers. The staff, particularly Cody, Richard, and the night shift girl on Tuesday night, went above and beyond in their friendly and helpful service. We greatly appreciated the late check-out offer and reliable transportation assistance from Hector. The breakfast options were plentiful and the location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby stores and I-4.
The outdated room, which had a slight odor upon arrival and a humid atmosphere. Additionally, the small and tight bathrooms were not easily maneuverable, and the grumpy staff member who checked the air-conditioning was unpleasant.

we traveled for a mini vacation with our cousin and decided to stay in a suite hotel. the hotel staff was attentive and friendly and checked us in quickly. the room was roomy, clean and comfortable. although we did not use the kitchen facilities, everything you would need is there. we were surprised with the daily cocktail hour with food, and the expansive array of food for breakfast which was included. excellent value and would stay there again. love the view of the pool, and the hotel was across from our favorite store.
Nothing to dislike 😊

The spacious and comfy room exceeded my expectations. The quick check-in service and full toiletries in the shower were a nice touch. Enjoyed wine by the gazebo and the wonderful breakfast layout. I'd recommend this hotel.
